Privately owned

FBSE is a privately owned company, which is funded by high net worth individuals who have worked with the company for many years. The benefit of this is that we do not have to rely on computer algorithms or a funding line from a large bank which are often extremely restrictive.

FBSE has built up a reputation for being honest, trustworthy and once we agree to offer on a loan application we will try and be as flexible as possible to make sure the loan completes.

Obviously as with all new loans this is subject to any matters that arise from the valuation and legal process.

Our independence allows us to make decisions without any outside pressures and we are able to do this in a timely manner. We believe in being transparent and accountable, and our commitment to these values has helped us build a trust worthy reputation throughout the industry.
